I knit this blanket for the first granddaughter of my dear friend, Jill. I love this yarn for baby blankets - Knit Picks Comfy Worsted - it is so soft and it holds up really well. (I know because I knit one out of this yarn a few years ago for my niece and it is still holding strong!)
This is my favorite photo and captures the gorgeous jewel-tone color:
And here is a close-up of the border - but I couldn't get the color adjusted quite right here:

notes
- After reading some notes on Ravelry, I decided to modify the shaping on the corners of the blanket. I didn't follow those notes exactly, I just kind of felt it out. Basically, you need to put a YO on either side of the decrease in the corner, which isn't written out in the pattern. The trick is to just be careful to adjust the cable pattern on the rest of the border so you are starting/stopping it in the right place - it won't match up to the written instructions in the pattern. Looking at the close-up pic of the corner that I posted may help. Hopefully!
