Every time I knit a baby blanket I always get so frustrated and swear I will never knit another one.... but then I always forget about it whenever the next baby comes along. :) So, for today's Maybe Monday, I've got my sights set on a cute little baby blanket pattern called Hugs and Kisses. I love the cables and lace on this blanket - it is so beautiful and make a lovely heirloom piece.
Why I Want to Knit It: It is just lovely and I think the mix of lace and cables would keep the knitting interesting. Blankets can get pretty boring without some variation.
Why I Might Not Knit It: Not sure when I will have the opportunity to knit another baby blanket, but I will definitely keep this pattern in mind!
